This mouse monoclonal antibody was generated against recombinant Fizzy-Related Protein (FZR1, CDC20-like protein 1, CDH1) and recognizes human and mouse FZR1.
Fizzy-related protein is a 7WD domain family member involved in cell cycle regulation through activation of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C). It has been shown that FZR1 overexpression increases B-lymphoma cell susceptibility to natural killer cell (NK) cytotoxicity, thereby suppressing tumor growth.
