This mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody was generated against zebrafish intestine and recognizes zebrafish basment membrane marker.
The transparency of the juvenile zebrafish and its genetic advantages make it an attractive model for the study of intestinal differentiation and renewal. 5F11 is a marker for the basement membrane of the intestinal epithelium.
