This mouse IgG2a monoclonal antibody [8B3-C3-E4] was generated against full length human recombinant Zizimin1 amino acids 1184-1215 and is reactive against human and primate Zizimin1.
Highlights
Zizimin1 also known as DOCK 9 (dedicator of cytokinesis 9) is a protein involved in intracellular signalling by functioning as a guanine nucleotide factor (GEF). Zizimin1 activates Cdc42, a Rho family GTPase that is involved in cell polarity, gene expression, cell-cycle progression and cell-cell interactions.activates Cdc42, which is part of the Rho family GTPase. Zizimin 1 has been show to be involved in cell polarity, gene expression, cell cycle progression and cell-cell interactions.
