This mouse IgM monoclonal (CCRC-M133) was generated against Pectin/MeBSA and belongs to the Arabinogalactan-2 clade of antibodies. CCRC-M133 binds to an epitope present in arabinogalactan proteins from potato and lupin.
Highlights:
Arabinogalactans are plant glycans composed primarily of arabinosyl and/or galactosyl residues. Arabinogalactans can be found in plants as free glycans, or attached to rhamnogalacturonan-I or protein backbones.
