Fresh primary human hepatocytes isolated from whole and resected liver tissue.
Highlights:
Fresh human hepatocytes are isolated from whole and resected liver tissue on a regular basis. Our many years of experience with hepatocyte isolation ensure a high-viability and high-quality culture. All cells are cultured as a reference to ensure quality of the hepatocytes. Fresh human hepatocytes have a viability of >85%, and are 85 ± 5% confluent in plate culture.
