Anti-Manduca sexta Cry1Ac Aminopeptidase [12B8.G2] Antibody (supernatant)

This mouse monoclonal [12B8.G2] antibody was generated against gut and and is reactive for a 120-kDa CryIA(c) aminopeptidase identified in brush-border membrane vesicles of M. sexta.

Highlights:

  • Reacts with 120 kDa toxin binding domain of CryIA(c) aminopeptidase from M. sexta

CryIA(c) delta-endotoxin, a member of the C4 I family of Bacillus thuringiensis insecticidal proteins that, specifically recognize and bind with high affinity to target proteins (Aminopeptidase-N (APN1) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) proteins) in the midgut of susceptible insects such as Manduca sexta or Carolina sphinx moth.
