This rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody was generated against N terminus of BHC110 (first 20 amino acids) and is specific for human Lysine-specific histone demethylase 1A or BHC110/LDS1.
Highlights:
BRAF35-HDAC complex protein BHC110, is a nuclear protein containing an amine oxidase domain, a SWIRM domain and a FAD-binding motif. BHC110 is included in some histone deacetylase complexes, but silences genes by functioning as a histone demethylase. Alternative splicing of BHC110 gene can produce multiple transcripts.
