This rabbit polyclonal antibody was generated against His-tagged Forkhead box protein M1 (FoxM1b) 365-748 and recognizes human FoxM1b.
Highlights:
Forkhead box protein M1 (FoxM1) is a member of the FOX family of transcription factors. This protein plays a role in cell cycle progression, with its major importance being in G1/S transition and mitotic division. FoxM1 protein may also play a role in progenitor/stem cells expansion and epigenome modulation. It is also believed that overexpression of this gene is associated with promoting oncogenesis.
