Anti-RNF5 [22B3] Antibody

This antibody is specific for Human full length recombinant RNF5.

E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF5, also known as RING (really interesting new gene) finger protein 5, is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the RNF5 gene. This protein is a membrane-bound ubiquitin ligase. It regulates cell motility by targeting paxillin ubiquitination and altering the distribution and localization of paxillin in cytoplasm and cell focal adhesions. Additionally, RNF5 contains a RING finger motif known to be involved in protein-protein interactions.
