Pentynoic acid STP ester
Sulfotetrafluorophenyl (STP) activated ester reagent for the alkyne labeling of amino-containing biomolecules. Examples of such biomolecules are proteins, peptides, amino-modified DNAs and oligos. The reagent is water-soluble.
After modification with this reagent, alkyne-modified biomolecules can be labeled with various azido-dyes via Click Chemistry reaction.
