Dye Activated Hydrazides (carbonyl reactive)
The hydrazide dyes allow for the labeling of molecules contain carbonyl groups, especially aldehydes. Additionally, hydrazide-containing cy dyes also may be used to detect glycoprotein in cells, tissues, gells or on western blots after periodate oxidation.
