This rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody was generated against recombinant LIM domain-containing protein 1 (LIMD1) protein and recognizes human LIMD1.
Highlights:
LIMD1 is a scaffold protein which is a part of numerous protein complexes and controls several cellular processes such as determination of cell fate, cytoskeletal organization, gene transcription, cell adhesion, differentiation, cell cycle and motility. LIMD1 enables association between the prolyl hydroxylases and VHL leading to efficient degradation of HIF1A in hypoxia. LIMD1 is a transcriptional corepressor for SNAI1- and SNAI2/SLUG-dependent repression of E-cadherin transcription.
