Anti-Decorin (human) [LF-122] Antibody

This rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody was generated against recombinat protein E. coli and recognizes human, sheep and pig decorin.

Highlights:

  • Recognizes human, sheep and pig decorin
  • Suitable for Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot applications

Decorin belongs to the small leucine-rich repeat proteoglycan (SLRP) family which is found in a variety of extracellular matrix tissues, including bone, cartilage and tendon. In humans it is encoded by the DCN gene and is mainly involved in collagen fiber assembly.
