This rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody was generated against the C-terminus of sodium-dependent neutral amino acid transporter (NTT4) GST-fusion protein and recognizes mouse and rat NTT4.
Highlights:
NTT4 also known as SLC6A17 or RXT1 is as a sodium-dependent vesicular transporter selective for proline, glycine, leucine and alanine. It does not appear to be chloride-dependent like other members of its family. Mutations in this gene have been shown to be a cause of autosomal recessive mental retardation-48.
