Cy5 azide labeling reagent for Click Chemistry, available as 10 mM solution in DMSO, and in solid form.
This azide is soluble in organic solvents (e.g. DMSO, DMF), so labeling reaction should be carried out with small amount of organic co-solvent. Water-soluble version of this reagent is also available.
This azide can be used for the labeling of alkyne-modified biomolecules in mixtures of water with organic solvents. Solution in DMSO is the ready form for the use in bioconjugation.
