This mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody recognizes human and rat c-Jun phosphorylated at Thr91 and Thr93.
The c-Jun oncogene plays an important role in the regulation of gene expression and signal transduction processes as a component of the AP-1 transcription factor. c-Jun is activated through double phosphorylation by the JNK pathway.
