SuperTop (STF) HEK293 is a luciferase reporter cell line that responds to canonical Wnt signaling by expressing firefly luciferase.
Highlights:
This is a stable cell line that was made from HEK/293 cells and is G418 resistant. The cell line, which contains a luciferase reporter under control of 7 LEF/TCF binding sites, utilizes the Super TOPFlash system. It responds to activation of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway by increasing expression of firefly luciferase.
