This mouse IgG2a monoclonal antibody was generated against human Chibby1 (Cby1, aa1-63) and recognizes Cby1 (aa49-63).
Highlights:
The Wnt/b-catenin signaling pathway plays a very important role in various cellular processes, such as embryonic development and adult homeostasis, including cell proliferation, cell fate decisions, and stem cell maintenance. Chibby1 (Cby1) was originally identified as an antagonist of the Wnt/b-catenin signaling pathway. It physically interacts with the key co-activator b-catenin and inhibits b-catenin-mediated transcriptional activation.
