This goat IgG polyclonal antibody was generated against peptide sequence C-EEVRKARGKKRVP from the C Terminus of activating transcription factor 4 (ATF4) and recognizes mouse ATF4.
Highlights:
Activating transcription factor 4 (ATF4) belongs to the cAMP response element-binding protein (CREB)-2 family of proteins and acts as a transcription factor that binds the cAMP response element (CRE). At the C-terminal, ATF4 contains a leucine zipper domain that serves as a DNA binding sequence for interaction with a number of proteins. ATF4 expression may play a role in liver disease and neurodegenerative disorders.
