This goat IgG polyclonal antibody was generated against peptide sequence CTSGVLYPREGTEV from the C terminus of forkhead box protein I1 (FOXI1) and recognizes human FOXI1.
Highlights:
Forkhead box protein I1 (FOXI1) is a member of the forkhead family of transcription factors believed to be involved in the development of inner ear structures, cochlea and vestibulum, as well as in embryonic development. FOXI1 is required for development of normal hearing, sense of balance, and kidney function. Diseases associated with FOXI1 include Deafness, Autosomal Recessive 4, with Enlarged Vestibular Aqueduct and Pendred syndrome.
