Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry
I. (1µg/ml) staining of Human Skeletal Muscle lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Detected by chemiluminescence. II. (1µg/ml) staining of HepG2 cell lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Detected by chemiluminescence. III. (1µg/ml) staining of Mouse Skeletal Muscle lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Detected by chemiluminescence. IV. (10µg/ml) staining of paraffin embedded Human Uterus. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, AP-staining.
