This hybridoma line produces a mouse anti-human annexin-2 monoclonal antibody (D1/274.5).
Annexin-2 is a member of the annexin family of proteins expressed on the surface of endothelial cells, macrophages, mononuclear cells, and various types of cancer cells. Annexin-2 bind to calcium and phospholipids and is involved in a number of cellular processses including endocytosis, exocytosis, autophagy, cell to cell communications, and activation of plasminogen.
