This hybridoma line produces a rat anti-mouse CD24 antibody (R7129.7).
CD24 is a glycosyl-phosphatidyl-inositol (GPI)-anchored glycoprotein expressed on mature granulocytes and B cells. CD24 is frequently overexpressed in human cancers and plays an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation and clonal expansion.
