This mouse IgG2a antibody was generated against amino acids 119-416 of human NORE1A and recognizes an epitope in amino acids 363-416 in both NORE1A and NORE1B.
NORE1 (novel Ras effector 1) is a growth and tumor suppressor that is inactivated in a variety of cancers. Full-length NORE1 is 47 kDa and contains a proline-rich region at its N terminus, a putative diacylglycerol/phorbol ester-binding domain, and a C-terminal canonical Ras binding domain. The human NORE1 gene encodes several isoforms, of which NORE1A and NORE1B are the most prominent.
