OTX2 (Inducible Tet-On) Lentivirus

This lentivirus expresses human OTX2 under the control of the Tet promoter.

OTX2 is a homeodomain transcription factor and one of the key regulator genes of photoreceptor formation.

Comments

NOTE: This Inducible Tet-On lentivirus does not contain the reverse tetracycline-controlled transactivator (rtTA) protein, which is required for the Tet-On system. Unless the cells used stably produce rtTA, it is necessary to cotransduce this lentivirus with a rtTA lentivirus (rtTA (CMV, neomycin) Lentivirus or rtTA (CMV, puromycin) Lentivirus.
