How to Order

Thank you for your interest in ordering from Kerafast.

We sell all products directly worldwide, without other distributors. You may order online by creating an account, adding your reagent(s) to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process. You may also place your order by contacting our customer service team at CustomerService@kerafast.com or +1-800-546-1760 or by faxing your order to +1-866-727-9826. When ordering, you agree to the terms of our “research use only” click license agreement.

If you first need a quote prepared or to add Kerafast as a vendor at your institution, our customer service team is happy to assist. To aid in vendor set-up, our W9 form is available here.

We accept credit cards, wire transfers and purchase orders from most research institutions (dependent upon credit history). The total payment will include the price of the reagent, plus shipping and handling charges. For more about our shipping policies and options, please visit our shipping page.

If your order shipment is going to a country outside the United States, please visit our international orders page for information about customs and import duties. We recommend including your FedEx account number with your order for easier international shipping.

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking and delivery information.
