Kerafast Fellows

Launched in 2015, our fellowship program is currently operating at a select group of providing institutions. Jointly offered by Kerafast and the institution’s technology transfer office, the program provides scientists with real-life experience in technology commercialization.

Our fellows contribute to the identification, characterization and eventually commercialization of novel research tools generated within their institution. They engage with other scientists to understand their research and reagents, then explain the Kerafast model of reagent transfer and help interested investigators list their materials online. Throughout the program, the fellows receive practical training in research tool analysis and licensing, helping them develop skills for careers on the business side of the scientific industry.
